No I just drink lots of Milk, Water and Gatorade.
I do not drink soda at all, not much of any energy drinks, unless I'm really tired in the morning and at work. Sometimes I will. But not often at all.
Duno what it us but I love milk, always have.
I drink a big glass with breakfast, lunch, dinner, and usually with whatever else I eat throughout the day. Also I like to eat cereal as a snack at night.
I do like to stay healthy also. As I do workout almost everyday...
