Vegan ones
Quinoa
Hemp
Pea protein isolate
Sprouted brown rice protein isolate

Vegetarian ones
Organic Raw grass fed cheeses, milk, yoghurt.
Eggs
Whey protein (100% grass fed is best)

Brown rice+lentils makes a complete protein too.

It has such a bad connotation, but soy burgers. Honestly, I enjoy them.

Idk where exactly you live but there is this chain food store trader joes they have this DELICIOUS orange soy "chicken". I did not know it was soy when I tasted it. I found out after.

I'd go to your local "green"/ "organic" healthy food store and look at their soy options.
Much more diverse options than with tofu. I personally don't like the texture of it

hummus is great, especially if you make it at home. it's super easy, very cheap to make a large amount of, versatile for meals and snacks, and the flavor possibilities are almost endless.

i'm a health nut and can't consciously support vegetarianism so that's really all i've got for you. drink whey isolate.
