Cook time depends on weight. Internal needs to be 160f or 71c. I prefer oven or grill over boiling cuz then you cook in the glaze and spices. Easy recipe is to season it with montreal steak and throw some bbq sauce on it (Idk if you have sweet baby rays, shit is top notch) before cooking.

I personally have a mixture of seasonings that I have in a shaker. Proprietary :ph34r: things like cumin, celery salt, chili powder etc.

Cover them in tin foil, and put em in a pot in the oven (turkey thing if u got it) with the lid on.

I like me some Montreal steak spice rub, i put that all over it.  Can also use like applewood smoked stuff, so good.

Cook at like 250 C for 4 hours or so.
If you want them to be amazing throw them on the BBQ with sauce after.

Crock pot on low for 6-8 hours

Use preferred dry rub or BBQ sauce, it don't matter.
