I usually get rib steaks from my local butcher

Stick onion n garlic powder then put Caesar dressing on it and let it sit for 1 day

I may try dry rub though any suggestions

I just puked in my mouth reading this.

if you think something like this goes "good" on a rib steak then I don't think you like the flavor of quality beef

some "steaks," like flank/skirt steak and round/eye steaks can be tenderized and enhanced with a marinade, and its perfectly acceptable, right? However, i would never marinade a sirloin or ribeye steak unless you plan on making a stir fry or something.

Yes to a certain extent. But caesar dressing? Omg u should go to prison for that...

I'm using coke, soy, salt, pepper, cayenne, and tabasco sauce.

Tastes great.

yeah thats really weird, but once you start to think whats in real caesar, its just oil, pepper, Worcestershire, garlic, lemon, and the weird bit- egg. but those other things are in marinades often enough.

personally i love a churrasco with chimichurri marinade/sauce.
