Picked up a new book to give me some ideas with presentations. :D It's called cypress by Craig Deihl, a solid Goodwill find. ^_^ I should have some new stuff this week.

Tonight's dinner:

  • Pan seared salmon marinated in lime juice, ground ginger, salt and pepper, olive oil, garlic, and a little bit of honey.
  • Salad with homemade dressing consisting of olive oil, lemon juice, dijon mustard, and salt and pepper.

Making this on Saturday for my girlfriend. Picked up a 2lb bag of salmon for about $8. However, I think I'm going to go pick up some more expensive smoked salmon since I actually owe her a really nice date night. Still need to stop by and pick up some oranges for the Blue Moon. Might even go to bed bath and beyond if we have time, I don't know.
