Mix the meat with spiced vegetables:
* Red Peppers
* Mushrooms
* Onions
* Green Olives

Essentially, make it like a good meatloaf

Make 2 burgers(Both really thin...you can put whatever u want in them), then put a piece of cheese inbetween the two pieces of burger and press them together.(Make sure the cheese you put in them is an equal amount so the burgers will cook thoroughly). When you cook the burgers like this the cheese will come out of them while they are cooking and be a cheese masterpiece on your burgers.

When you make your burgers the way you want...possibilties are endless
When you make your burgers with cheese like this....possibilties are endless.
When you are eating any combination of this masterpiece.....The end result is complete euphoria.

i got some ground seasoned pork and ground turkey mixed them equally.

seasoned cooked was really good the fatness from the pork balanced the healthy from turkey.

also dont be scared of the lamb burger.

we do one like greek style in a wrap with mint and tuziki or h/e u spell it.

add some ground pork in with your beef, after all, they are called HAMburgers :)

Then add some bacon and cheese, caramelized onions, I enjoy steak spices, seasoning salt, and garlic, mix in a little bit of bbq sauce/sriracha sauce into the meat, and if you're ambitious roasted peppers/'jalapenios.

Idk your tastes, but my favorite way to do burgers is as follows:

Ground beef/turkey ...either works fine.

minced garlic, salt, pepper, tiny bit of cayenne.

Make 2 thin patties, place some dry blue cheese crumbles in the middle of one of the patties, place the other patty on top, press the edges together ( stuffing the burger with the blue cheese crumbles).

top with a piece of hot pepperjack cheese...mild could work, but hot provides more flavor.

Simple burgers...no toppings/condiments needed. The blue cheese crumbles provide that cool contrast to the spice from the cayenne/pepperjack.....
