these were pretty ripe, and they separated from the shell nicely. the time consuming part is peeling them after that.

basically, but you puree it and then strain back out the pulp, squeezing to get out as much liquid as possible.

Ive herd that it dosnt really make a difference.

perhaps you should try a batch with the brown still on and see if you notice a flavor change.

i came in here expecting a great pun about french bread....

....homemade coconut milk is pretty good too.

most people make tom kha really salty though, and not spicy enough.
