must have some old bay in taht water.
maybe garlic cloves, pepper, bay leaves. can add a ton of stuff in there.
as for salt idk if id add any they were in salt water their entire life.

Broil under high heat or grill. Boiling turns them rubbery imo.

If you overcook even slightly when boiling they turn rubbery. I always make sure to check them with a thermometer.

i don't like lobster much, but i cook them from time to time just to hear them scream when you drop them in boiling water.

I've cooked hundreds of lobsters and I've never heard them scream before. Also I heard something about it just being air escaping, but idk how truthful that is.
