You can cook the rib eye with tequila sauce and then drink beer while you're eating eat. Fair enough.

e/ And btw, never cook a rib eye medium / medium well. Medium rare is better.

Agreed, even medium is too much. But everyone has their own tastes, who am I to tell people what they like?
