My mother makes some really delicious baked rum balls, basically like frosted doughnuts that get you tipsy lol.

One of the best out there is a fruit Zabaione with a pastry or cheesecake accompaniment

We used pears with plain cheesecake scoops and chocolate cookie

To make the Zabaione you can use any sweet alcohol, grand marnier, marsala wine, icewine, triplesec, etc.

was a key lime pie made by this chick who worked at a diner my family went to for almost 20 years.

dissapeared a few back when the owner died and his bitch daughters sold it to someone who turned it into a bad version of applebees.
