1. Boil ramen, then drain.
2. In skillet, over medium heat, melt down a pat of butter (cuz margarine sucks.)
3. Stir-fry cooked ramen.
4. Season with approx. 1/2 of soup-base packet.

One brick of ramen, you use 1/2 a packet. Two bricks, one whole packet.

You can jazz it up with veggies and/or meats to your preference. :)

Gotta have Cayenne Pepper (and lot's of it!) + Lemon juice in the beef noodles. Other than that i just tend to spice it based on what i'm in the mood for, it's nothing fancy.

Having a egg to it sounds interesting. I'm gonna do it next time i have ramen but i'm wondering, do you use a boiled egg or do you just crack one into the mix?

latter. i like my eggs hard so i crack em as soon as my ramyun can separate. if you like it runny, delay it more.

I do this, but instead of butter I heat up some olive oil and throw in some cayenne, cumin, and pepper and stir it until it all dissolves, then toss in the noodles.

Get shin ramen, the red package w/ the black cross writing. Cook the soup base in water until boiling, insert noodles. Add veggies such as kimchi, beansprouts, etc. Make it tasty w/ black pepper & red chili pepper flakes.
