The cake you made looks far too rich and chocolate dense for my liking

part of that is that i cut it with a hot knife, which makes it look very smooth, giving a dense appearance.

the other part is that is WAS a bit dense and rich.

If you're never had a Mascarpone Cheesecake, you're missing out, it's real rich and creamy, guaranteed to love it

I usually make this for Thanksgiving and Christmas, but instead of Pomegranate I top them with Raspberries and Blackberries, and a little powdered sugar on top
