You need to try Alton browns recipe for chili powder, hands down best chili powder I've ever had. Google it.

I like to slow cook a brisket, shred it and use it rather than ground beef. Tastes better imo.

My mother makes the most amazing chili that also has a shitload of ingredients, I need to call her sometime to get a copy of it.  The secret ingredient is chocolate

make chili when you're pissed. that way you'll end up burning the meat so it will taste so much better

Making some chili for a pot luck at work tomorrow... don't really follow a recipe just throw a bunch of stuff in the crock pot and let it cook on low overnight.

Can Pinto, Dark Red Kidney, Black Beans
Can Corn
Big can of Crushed Tomatoes with Basil
2 jalapenos
2 green bell peppers
1 yellow, orange and red bell pepper
Chili powder, cayenne, black pepper, little garlic salt (don't have any garlic or garlic powder)

Hope it turns out tasty.
