Get some hickory chips hit it with smoke then put it on your gas grill to give it a nice smoke flavor. Season with red pepper flakes/garlic salt/cracked black pepper/mustard powder/lightlight cumin. So much noms.

Great beer, ROGUE makes some great ones..

Only thing about the Hazelnut Brown Nectar is that they add adjuncts after the brew and give it a bit of an artificial flavoring

Ya Rouge is pretty good. I like there Dead Guy pale ale the best.

montreal steak seasoning what you put on bad meat to make it bearable :p

have a usda prime/aged and you will understand, the meat itself IS the seasoning.

it's like putting A-1 on it...you waste the 30$ piece of meat.

They dry age large cuts of meat and trim of the dried out parts. You can't dry age single steaks.
