What about honey?

raisins, cinnamon, chopped walnuts and a bit of honey is fantastic.

don't like honey and don't have money for nuts ^^

Look disgusting but taste good
raw eggs + oats + coconut water
put in a blender & drink
optional if you want to add milk & ice.
