What the fuck? IN hotdogs or ON hotdogs? And no I've never tried it. Tastes greasy. Like I'd be having a heartattack as I'm eating it.

I haven't eaten a hot dog in a long time. I add olive oil to my buns when making burgers though

A good full-flavored Sabrett can withstand poaching (for the "dirty-water" effect). Hebrew Nationals come in a close second, so far as I'm concerned.

My favorite hot-dogs are grilled (even better if it's the kind of grill that "rolls" the dog - a hot dog grill with rotating tubes like many hot dog restaurants use).

if i boil my hot dogs, i will put a little pad of butter in there from time to time. i rarely boil them tho

90% of the time hot dogs are grilled, but yes when im bbqing and using buns/bread i will heat the butter up and liquefy it and then brush it on the bun/bread before toasting it
