soz no pics... i could give you the recipe tho..
meal was done in 20 mins

Required:
---
Wok
noodle ladle
baking pan
foil
---

Ingredients:
---
4 eggs (beaten well)
some corn meal (or bread crumbs)
3lbs of ground beef (the leaner the better)
---

Seasonings:
---
garlic
oregano
salt
pepper
sugar (1Tbsp
fresh basil (pulverized well) {OPTIONAL}
bhut jolokia pepper (1g. dried and powdered) {OPTIONAL)
---

Directions for meatballs:
---
1) beat eggs very well with a whisk in a large bowl
2) mix desired carbs into the egg
3) knead the ground meat and all spices into the egg/carb mixture
4) form into spheres (i usually make 7 from this mix)
5) set meatballs on a sheet of foil in a baking pan for 5 minutes to settle and stiffen a bit
6) slap them in the oven at 375 for 20 mins
NOTE: when forming meatballs they will seem too soft but they will become more firm as you knead and as they set.
NOTE 2: if your meatballs are ultra soggy when forming and dont hold shape at all, then knead them a bit more or knead in some more carbs until desired firmness is acquired.
---

While meatballs are in the oven:
---
1) boil water and cook desired noodles (I usually cook angel hair, season if desired)
2*) Heat sauce while boiling noodles (LOW simmer)
3) set both aside in 2 separate bowls, cover with saran wrap
---

SERVING:
------
1) after letting cool for 5 mins, put on plate before all
2) put noodles on plate aside from meatballs
3) put sauce on as desired last

*Sauce
I have jars and jars and jars set aside for days that i want a quick meal.
It is VERY easy to make but it takes a couple hours...
pm me and ill share my recipe
