Probably about the same as the fried chicken itself.

fried chicken cooked in olive/canola oil is very healthy i thought? lots of unsaturated fats from the oil, protein from the chicken, complex carb from the flour

as long as you dont use the trans-fat hydrogenated oil, that is

- Potato Slices
- Covered In Chicken Batter
- Deep Fried
- Tastes like fried chicken

Anyone ever hear of these things before?

Locally they're called "Dollars" or "Dollar Fries" and sold at small places that sell fried chicken... but I cannot find any reference to these things anywhere on the internet and i'm wondering if they go by any other name.

*kfc would make millions if they added this to their menu*

Yes from mcdonalds. would buy again.
