then its not thai food ;)
Its funny how people because they throw alittle of Sriracha in their preparation think they are cooking thai food :)

thai-style if you want, then. its not just the sriracha that makes it thai.

you should try throwin some kaffir lime leaves, red/black curry paste, galangal, lemongrass, lime juice, thai chilis, etc in there. give it more of that thai flavor

I make a noodle stir-fry more similar to those flavors, too, sometimes.

also: thom kha gai. i make that every week.
