Slice into halves.
Place on to plate.
Place onion slices and ginger slices ontop
Pour on soy sauce and sesame oil.
Steam.
Take out, add a hint of lemon or vinegar.

honey mustard

garlic dill

spray pan with olive oil, sprinkly with salt/pepper/onion/garlic/paprika/ground thyme
lay the fish down
drizzle with soy sauce, then do spices again, then spray with olive oil
bake 8-12 min at 425

works well for salmon fillets, too, but those get 325

mines fairly simple my 2 year old even loves it

3 tilapia filets on glass baking pan
coat with basting oil and dash of lemon
spread melted butter over each, will harden almost instantly on cold fish
sprinkle basil, pepper, salt and rosemary on top
cook 15-20 minutes at 400F
I like to eat with white rice and fresh asparagus

I remember watching this awhile back... hopefully it can give you some extra ideas or inspirations :)

PS: Of course we all know Iron Chef original is better than the "American" version right?? ... and I dont only say that because I am a Canadian... or because I am living in Japan now hahaha
