Like many of us, my new years resolution is to eat healthier and become more active. Chicken is a great source of protein and relatively cheap, so I want to eat lots of it. The problem is:
It's BORING.
How do you cook chicken to make it less boring? The standard dice + seasoning just doesn't do it for me!
To be honest it's s'pose to boring if you want it to be healthy.
go to the health and fitness section there are many guys willing to help you out but never use the word tone
or they kill you
