cut your chicken breast into somewhat thin slices, roll them up and place different items in the middle, use spices, cheese, whatever floats your boat

Take the chicken and get half a cup of lemon juice
Dip it in the lemon juice like you would be breading it.
Sprinkle on some black pepper, crushed red pepper (spice it based on your tastes), some garlic and chop up a bit of onions.
If oyu want sprinkle some chedder cheese on it.
Grill it, your not using anytihng unhealthy or high in calories except the cheese ofc which is optional. I personally think its better with out the cheese.

make some hot wings!

heard from a co-worker that they are easy. he had mentioned something about using butter + franks red hot sauce for when you put the "hot sauce mixture" on them. something about franks mixes well with the butter and the butter helps it stay on the wings.

make sure the chicken is defrosted and not with a microwave. I cook lots of different kinds as my wife loves chicken.
One of our favorite and easiest to make is to cook it in the oven with basting oil and rosemary. My 18 month old loves rosemary :)
edit: i just realized jsp had a cooking section

Like many of us, my new years resolution is to eat healthier and become more active. Chicken is a great source of protein and relatively cheap, so I want to eat lots of it. The problem is:

It's BORING.

How do you cook chicken to make it less boring? The standard dice + seasoning just doesn't do it for me!

To be honest it's s'pose to boring if you want it to be healthy.

go to the health and fitness section there are many guys willing to help you out but never use the word tone

or they kill you

That's bullshit what kind of sauce are you talking about?
And I don't think you know what a calorie is. because theres a difference between a calorie and healthy.
but for the sake of arguing with you, there's a fuck ton of sauce that doesn't have very many calories.. not like that's the only way to make chicken less boring..
