Once it's cooked to proper temperature there's no more cross contamination, period. And yes adamnu was right, you have absolutely no idea what you're talking about, you can cook potatoes/meat/veggies or whatever the fuck you want together as long any "dangerous" (poultry, ground meat, etc) elements are high enough in temperature.

If you cook them together properly, you're fine.
If you prep raw meat on a cutting board, then use the same board for cutting veggies or something without washing it, then eat the veggies raw or not properly cooked, you can get sick.
