natural yoghurt with chopped almonds, apples and cinnamon (can be just cinnamon, or mixed with sugar for the sweetness)

Greek style yogurt is the best you can buy. It's VERY thick and creamy though, mostly just eat it straight. Doesn't need any help to be delicious.






Island Farms yogurt is what I eat otherwise. Local company. Also very delicious.

If you haven't experienced greek style yogurt, I wouldn't recommend planning on eating it straight the first time.
