iso how to dice an onion in 15 seconds

You need three things:

- A very sharp Chef's knife (I use a Santoku)
- Proper technique
- A lot of practice!

I might start making instructional videos but it seems a little concieded.

I'd also like to see you dice an onion in 15 seconds, takes me about a minute and its far from perfect dicing..

id look crazy. i do most of my best work when a tad drunk and EARLY in the morning XD
