I made beer bread it turned out pretty well

3.5 cups of flour
3 tbs sugar
1tbs baking powder
1.5 tsp salt
1 Can 12 oz beer
1 egg

mix all the ingredients except the egg add the beer last knead it into a ball
brush with the egg

bake 40 mins on 375

I recommend not using a strong flavored beer (lager, bach etc) it takes on to much of the beer flavor

I'm an asian food lover especially thai food spicy and also indian food
I also like to create my own recipes taken a little from here and there.

today I just cooked a yellow curry coconut chicken with veggies.

1-Boneless chicken sauted in olive oil with some garlic and ginger
2-Added the indian hot curry powder and tumeric with fresh grinded pepper (btw, tumeric + pepper it a dynamite antioxidant)
3-let this cooked for 5 minutes at medium-high then I start to added veggies.
4-Green beans, red peppers, brocoli, snow pea, sliced baby carrots.
5-Added fresh basil and cilantro herbs and 1/4 of a thai coconut milk
6-side is Quinoa

here is what it look like while cooking

easy mode Italian style ribs

pre-heat oven 375

find a large square cake tray, the one I use most is the Pyrex glass ones

1~2 racks of baby back ribs <<< I recommend two cause one is never enough

rinse the ribs before you cook them , mostly to knock off any bone fragments from the cut.

evenly cover top side of ribs with salt - be sure its well covered

evenly cover bottom side of ribs with pepper

cover both sides in any style garlic, powder, chopped, etc as long as it sticks to the meat

your choice of cooking oil, cover the ribs even coated

with clean hands manipulate the seasons and mix them salt to pepper side and pepper to salt side

add some oil to the cooking tray should be a thin layer of oil covering the intire bottom of the tray

add ribs (top side down)

cook for 30~45 min then flip and cook for an additional 30~45 min

the smell of these cooking will make you drool fair warning!!!!

other options don't waste the awesomeness of the oil chop or slice up some potatoes and place them around the the rack of ribs
personal favorite is to season the tatters with oinon power ^_-

Probably the key lime pie recipe that has been passed down by my great grandmother, to my grand mother, to my mother, to me. Really good and originated in the south.

Mine is prob a easy Alfredo sauce

1/4 cup butter
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 tsp minced garlic
1 1/2 grated parmesan cheese
1/4 cup chopped parsley

1) Melt butter over meduum heat
2) add cream and simmer for 5 mins
3) add garlic and cheese whisk quickly heating through

this is a super easy sauce that tastes great and people will think it took you forever to make!

I use this exact alfredo recipe. Always comes out fantastic. Best way to serve it is over Linguine with perfecty seared scallops.
