Very interesting this topic, the problem is the unit of measurement.
Are different. If I write a recipes will be with European measures. I can not use your recipes because they are measures American / British. How can we solve?  <_<

1 pound = 453.59 grams
1 tablespoon = 15 milliliters
1 teaspoon = 5 milliliters

The conversions are not that difficult, but keep in mind that you do not have to follow the measurements exactly to still make a great dish! I approximate measurements most of the time when I cook, although it might be a smarter idea to follow the recipe as accurately as possible if you are a beginner or working with a recipe for the first time.

I have a large list of recipes that I have gathered (and created myself) from all over the world, so many of my recipes are in fact measured by the metric scale. :)

Thanks :)

I do not like to cook, when I take a new recipe I need to know the right doses. If I do not follow the dose, is the chaos in the kitchen.

i find i just use both measurement systems interchangeably, since some things are easier measured in g/ml than oz or w/e.
more accurate to weigh your stuff vs volume measurement unless it's liquid though.
~950ml to a quart, 4 quarts to a gal
8fl oz, 1 cup, 240ml (altho often see it 250ml). i grew up in jp, 1 cup was 200ml there. so it varies on region abit too.

although yeah

I love cooking as well. Grilling is my absolute favorite. But here is a simple breakfast recipe.. that is sooo good.

They are called baked eggs -

You will need a muffin/cupcake pan
Bacon
Eggs
Paprika
Cajun seasoning (optional)
salt and pepper to taste

*Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Step 1.
Microwave the bacon until it is cooked, but still flimsy. (I find that microwaving is the fastest and easiest way to do this.) Make sure you do not overcook the bacon to where it is crispy.

Step 2.
Spray the muffin pan with pam (or use butter to grease lightly)

Step3.
Make a circle with the bacon and put it on the inside of the muffin cup. Fill as many cups as you desire. (one slice per cup)

Step 4.
Crack open the desired amount of eggs and put one egg in each cup that is filled with bacon. Leave the egg yoke in tact. Just crack and dump in.

Step 5.
Add the paprika on top as well as the optional cajun seasoning. This is all to taste. But probably a 1/4 tsp should be good. (you can also add onions and peppers to the mix if you'd like)

Step 6.
Put pan in oven and let cook for 12-16 minutes. Cooking time is based on how runny you want your yoke.

Step 7.
Once they are done they should easily come out with a spoon. I usually take a spoon and scrape around the edges first. Then I lift the egg out with the spoon.

You can eat these alone or serve with a piece of toast. Enjoy!

Voted yes ofc..

If u have a deep frier,

Get a pack of oreo's
A box of (name brand) pancake batter <-- crucial DON'T skimp on this one :)
And a new bottle of veggie oil

Add FRESH veggie oil to deep frier, don't use old oil that's been used to make anything else, and turn it on to get it heated up while you make the pancake batter. Roll the oreo's in pancake batter, one or 2 at a time. Drop the pancake battered oreos in the deep frier, and let it set for about 5-15 seconds then roll it over on its other side for 5-15 more seconds, pull it out and enjoy a little slice of heaven!

I voted yes for your suggestion a while ago.

I also love eating good food :) I learned how to cook when I was pretty young. My mom showed me because I always wanted to help her when she was cooking.

I have a recipe I'd love to share, but it is in French :(
