Awesome! I've only worked pizza once, and I personally wasn't a fan. I'd rather just eat good pizza.

Is it a wood fired pizza place?

No, unfortunately not wood fired. Woulda been nice. Haven't actually tasted it yet but their pizza is supposed to be good. I'm gonna be overseeing the rest - soups, salads, fish, lasagna, etc. Currently some is OK, some is not so great. I'll be making it all awesome.

while i havent started full time yet, ive gone in the past two sundays to do some stuff for them. great response so far. my soups (mushroom barley, split pea, cream of spinach, and minestrone) have been popular, especially since til now theyve only been doing one soup - vegetable. the fish and other stuff ive done has also gone over great. got some ideas for some new stuff, too, like feta/black olive/spinach egg rolls and mac n cheese balls with pickled mustard seed. gonna maybe try those out this sunday n see how they go.
