Yeah I work fast too, but the restaurant I work at is pretty busy for brunch, so between prepping for dinner and keeping the place clean (and the fact that I'm not the chef, only his sous) it makes it pretty hard for me to be creative for breakfast. Don't get me wrong, I get to voice my opinion for the specials during the week, and I get to make soup a lot, which I love, it's just breakfast is getting so monotonous.
i have set stuff to do, so if i finish fast the rest of the time is open. its intended as a 40 hr job, but it usually takes me about 30-35 hrs depending on what i make that week. i used to go sit and nap, but they yelled at me for that, saying i either have to work slower or do more stuff. (without getting paid more.) such idiots at this place, i cant wait til something else comes up so i can leave.
