Blackened chicken. I got this from the food network awhile ago. It's really good. I'm also a fan of teriyaki chicken. (Just buy Kens sauce or whatever in the store)

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1/8 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1/4 teaspoon ground cumin

1/4 teaspoon dried thyme

1/8 teaspoon ground white pepper

1/8 teaspoon onion powder

Rub on chicken; grilll.

If it have to be boneless, go with boneless upper part of the leg... I usually marinate mine overnight with lemon garlic sriracha oregano paprika ... Then serve it with spicy sour cream...

in a zip lock bag I take a bottle of Italian dressing, put that in there, take, idk a few healthy squirts of mustard, and a little bit of wostersire sauce

Along with extra black pepper.

Then I cut up some onion in strips, along with some bell peppers (yellow red orange) and toss them all in the bag with the boneless skinless chicken breasts and let it sit in the fridge over night

Then I BBQ them, real tasty

Or u can take teriyaki sauce, brown sugar, garlic and ginger with a little bit of red pepper flake and let that sit over night, and BBQ
i serve that with brown rice ans stir fry veggies
