no pic, but last week i made a honeydew sorbet with wine sauce (young semi sweet cabernet). was awesome.

Chocolate mud cake with whipped cream.

2 Eggs
3/4 dl Cocoa
2 dl Sugar
1 dl Flour
100g Butter

Beat eggs and sugar till the mix is white, add the melted butter and stir it well. Mix the dry goods separately and add slowly while stirring gently to keep the air bubbles within the mix. 16 minutes in a 255 celcius oven. Yummie.

I forgot to add the reason why i posted it (and also 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar). This is how i do it but you can add ~1 dl of rum/cognac as well.
