Tell me your favorite chocolate, what do you do with (recipes?) etc


I'll start with these:





These wonderful balls of delight are awesome in a hot chocolate, or as chocolate fondue.

I made a big batch of chilli yesterday, and I used dark chocolate to sweeten it. Chocolate and chillies go so well together.

Chocolate + butter
Same idea as cheese fondue, just with chocolate.

Yep, melt equal parts chocolate and 35% cream on a double boiler and presto you have a chocolate ganache, which is basically chocolate fondue.
