Pretty basic but damn was it good.

Little bit of garlic, cilantro, and lemon juice on top of the veggies, so good.

looks tasty! i like putting sauce on my rice. c: especially when you cook a meat the sauces from it are a good topping.

i put soup on rice, sometimes. started doing that when i was working in a school and didnt want the lousy sauce that they intended for the rice. a lil split pea soup or minestrone and mmmm....

Mushroom soup is always great on rice. If I have gravy I'll use that but when it's just veggies and rice I'll make a side bowl of a veggie stirfry w/ soy sauce or peanut sauce.

I just buy it from Costco and throw it on the BBQ

But it's boned chicken breasts marinated in sun dried tomato with a few thyme/rosemary sprigs on top, I believe.

i'd suggest using a whole grain rice/bean blend to create a more nutritious and satisfying meal. you can find good ones at a korean or japanese market. if u ate as much of that as the white rice u have in the pic, u'd only have to eat like half the chicken and have some more veges. white rice is like.. wonder bread. kinda hard to feel satisfied from.

Normally, I like to do a nice brown wild rice but white is all we had :\
