Vitamin water is terrible for you. BBQ sauce is syrup for meat. (Trademark) Adkins went out of diet fashion years ago.

bbq sauce on already cooked or almost done meat is awesome :)

depends on the sauce. a lot are just flavored ketchup. some are decent, though.
