Hey there everyone! I am new to this section of the forums... it's a little embarrassing what made me end up coming to check this section out, not only my love for food... but I was involved with a scam on Diablo, so I am unable to post in that section anymore. My new motivations for posting here as often as I can is so that I can do two of the following things...

1. Show my true dedication to this site through activity on the forums.
2. Pursue my thorough enjoyment of food and good eats and share with the community (Hopefully learning a lot in the process)


Introduce yourself and post your favorite dessert and the reason why you love it so much! (Pictures get extra credit! haha)

cheese cake is just so freaking good but i also like any cake that has tons of fruit on it!

napoleans and eclairs = win

i once made napoleans for 600 kids in camp for afternoon snack. totally from scratch.

I like mochi and frozen yogurt. Cakes/pies are good too

hmmm i'm a big ice cream fan.... i like a good quality ice cream...
other things i have in my head.. st-honoré or choux a la creme/croc en bouche (filled with chiboust though)
also a fresh fruit tart french way (puff pastry, creme patissiere, with fruit, preferably good strawberries covered with abricotine..)
a good quality mille-feuille is amazing...
etc

Fucking brownies

vanilla ice cream, and a cup of brandy

i prefer a pint...
