Like many of us, my new years resolution is to eat healthier and become more active. Chicken is a great source of protein and relatively cheap, so I want to eat lots of it. The problem is:

It's BORING.

How do you cook chicken to make it less boring? The standard dice + seasoning just doesn't do it for me!

My favorite boring chicken is baked with apricot jelly,
side with asparagus & Thai Jasmine black rice

i love chicken. you can put it in just about everything. chicken fett is always good and i like to make chicken and rice in a casserole type thing with cream of mushroom soup(sometimes put cream of celery and cream of chicken too if i want it super creamy) and added mushrooms. might be too boring for you though... it's super simple and tasty too much. good luck on your chicken quest

he said healthy!
:P

on that note:
The breast is the most overrated part of a chicken. Thighs are way juicier than chicken breasts, yet all you idiots keep ordering breasts to be "healthy." Well guess what? The difference in calories of a cup of breast versus thigh is 62 calories. I lose that many calories in the heat my brain emits while I think about people using chicken in a casserole.

I only have one piece of advice when you cook chicken, whatever style you wanna do it.... always get your chicken with skin on, and cook it with skin on, wether you grill it, roast it, boil it..

I would say KFC or popeye but...

chicken itself tends to be oily <- when u boil it a lot of oil comes out, chicken stock
remove chicken skin when u cook with it or just dont eat the chicken skin

chicken must be cooked fully, and is fairly dry without a decent amount of oil, eg. cooking chicken in water only, without oil chicken is tough and dry
keeping the flesh to the bone with slow the rate the chicken dehydrates, hence dish made with chicken wings are usually better than breast <- but people are lazy
