I am a trained Wok Cook, along with being the head trainer for the Service Staff and Kitchen Expo's.

I know food and drink recipes for everything on the menu.

If there is something specific on the menu you would like the recipe to, whether it be a signature cocktail, appetizer, entree, or dessert, ask away.

Isn't this blatantly against the law?

I'm pretty sure if someone from PF Chang's saw this you could face criminal charges for violating confidentiality agreements =/
