I got new char and it said i need to complete act4/5 before i can open higher difficulties, Im lvl4x.

So anyone wanna help me hit 70 and run through act 4/5 quickly?

Ill try and help you with that. I dont think you need ptr for that. Im trying to figure out myself how do I fet I. O. Ptr. What do I have to download? Can someone message me in pm.
