Alright so last couple of days I've been seeing (and participating in) some pretty heated conversations between both buyers and sellers over what gold and crafting materials should be worth after patch 16.

I'm personally a seller and am hoping to get some opinions on the following ratios. Feel free to discuss and suggest your own ratios and hopefully by the end of this thread we can find some even ground...oh yeah, try keep it civil too!

I personally would like to see:

Gold ratio: 1fg:1k (minimum...I would like to see this increase to around 1.5fg:1k)
Essence: 6:1fg
Teeth: 2:1fg

What do you think?

1fg:1k is fine
1:6 is also fine

There should be some arguments behind prices here, not just blind shotting your desired numbers.

Since patch 13 gold ratio was 1fg per 1-1,5k igg, and only got lower much later in patch when market was already sustained, never so soon after new character wipe. And i know what im talking about, made around 1500fg selling gold not less than 1:1 ratio.

Essences had 3:1 ratio for over a month in last 2 patches, there is no reason to force prices to 6:1 ratio or even less.

This patch is the hardest one to get gold so far, and i can tell being here since patch 13. Along with having most beta players (higher demand) there is simply no logical reason to push prices down.

All this underpricing is result of one angry emo dude (ill not name his majesty for fair play sake) who lost a lot and cant get over it, making it hard for us sellers on purpose as a revenge for character wipe.

Gold 1fg:1-1,5k igg
Essences 1fg:3-6
Teeth 1fg:4

Anyone selling cheaper is fucking us all. It wont be desireble to farm mats you want for such price and you will end up being forced to farm it yourself.

(btw teeth are just for fun, same as all beta items - crafting is addictive)

people who want to get too much gold from noobs will say like 0,5 or 0,2 per 1k gold..this economy is very little and slow but i think like u with that ratios.

anyway they can do this and fuck the lil market because is just a beta and like 20 people in the forum all time, when the game comes out they will eat shit.. because the forum will be used for like 2000x users at the same time everytime and their noob tricks wont do nothing,thats my opinion.

Realistic price is more like .5fg:1k when no one is buying gold

Just cuz you rice all day long and lose all your gold on a patch reset doesnt mean you have to low ball spam the shit out of everyone who is trying to sell gold.
At the moment, gold is hard to get compared to last patch, therefore it is worth more.
I know since you just joined 2 weeks ago you have a hard time understanding that prices can fluctuate, but its the same thing as when a ladder resets in D2. The HRS are worth a hell of a lot more when the ladder resets, than right before the ladder is about to reset. Try to understand that so you stop bitching and looking like a tool

another person mad, absolutely hilarious. im stating what prices I think should be and making offers, that simple. If they don't want to accept my offer keep on moving. However I have had no issue buying tons of gold @ .5:1 ratio and see everyone that is posting above 1:1 isnt getting any customers.

Honestly the funniest thing is that people think im mad about losing fg or gold. Its nerd coins. Ive never spent a single dollar on them and its very easy for me to make fg. Only people who think im mad about spending 3k fg are people who spend weeks of their lives farming for 1k fg.

The only mad person around here is you and nobody takes you seriously anymore, becouse everyone knows you are just trying to ruin the business for everyone as your personal revenge. As far i remember it was you who was buying hundreds of thousands gold in last patch for 1:1,5 ratio which YOU ALONE offered and i felt thats stupid and wanted only 1:1 from you.
