u might be right i stopped playing with last oatch and have played very little so not sure if possible anymore

they dont come with other mods anymore because the only 2-4 dmg rings are blue ones, they uppd the ilvl of everything and nerfed everything but i have one

There can be more mods on 2-4 rings. saw one just a few minutes ago in AH.

Yea they can I have a 2-4 ring with 5 mf mod but don't really wanna sell it cuz I payed a lot for it
