No offense but that's extremely wrong. Thats why 2-4 dmg rings give more damage than 11 intell ring.

From what i have tested, this is WRONG intell scales so much better

I would love to know how you did your testing. Did you even have a 2-4 dmg ring and an 11 intell ring? If you want me to screenshot the difference I will. 11 intell ring adds about 2 dps and 2-4 dmg rings add about 8 - 12 dps. Case closed.
