35 dps bow is perfect attack speed and perfect lightning damage. Precision could be much higher but +24 is still very nice mod. Life after kill is fairly high, just added bonus.
With these Xbow your Demon Hunter will be hitting for 30+ rapid fire with proper gear... and constant crits on any other attacks well over 100... GG
Also offer away on belt. It's nice.
