D2oG is technically correct, but from what I've seen of him in these forums hes just a shit-disturber devil's advocate. D3 Beta isn't normal circumstance, if you BIN something you can't leave for 24 hours -- that is BM as well. I'd consider that offer rescinded if I found an equal or higher(why not?) bid.

yes, but imo if someone bins it i wouldnt wait 24 hrs for them to come back. id say like 4 hrs since thats the time for bumps
