We have recently identified a bug that has the potential to introduce instability to our platform. We’ve identified the root cause and will be performing an emergency maintenance off peak to address this. Ranked will be disabled at 01:30 GMT and the maintenance, which requires platform downtime, will begin at 03:00 GMT. Expected downtime is 2 hours.
We will continue to update this thread with information as it comes in.
Update: 05:49 GMT: We're currently experiencing problems with our deployment tools and are working to resolve. We expect at least another hour of downtime. Apologies for the inconvenience.
Update: 06:50 GMT: We're continuing to experience system problems with completing the maintenance. We will update you when we know more.
Update: 07:50 GMT: Unfortunately, we're experiencing further delays as of this moment. More updates to come soon.
Update: 09:27 GMT: Still awaiting restoration of our system tools, sorry for the delay in updating. We are working diligently to try and get services restored and we're making progress.
