Means in 100 games you would win around 55-60 games and slowly raise in elo.
but now the problem with low elo is, let's say u have 1 afk on your team, you will be mad and not focused on your next games ( not playing as good as if u just won a game )
if you learn to calm down and try to improve, you will.
This game is 10% reflects ( which u can train too ) , 20% mechanics and 70% knowledge about champs, spells, buffs, when to do what etc.
so yeah best tip i can give is, train 1-2 champs on every lane for the mechanics ( vayne / varus / anything without jumps as adc )
and any on other lanes.
stay calm and slowly win games. Its a fact that you only have 4 possible trolls in your team and the enemies 5. "
