want to learn french and need a place you might know where i could start from base with studying
words, verbs, grammar, etc

you're wrong with 4) because those are not romanians, are "roms" = gypsy people who usually steal...
e: but yeah the president from that time called them oficiallly rom instead of gypsy and that goes to a coincidence
