He was perfectly balanced before this patch, and wasn't even considered too strong of a lane champ. In all fairness, laning was one of the only things Cho had going for him early game, and Riot didn't just nerf it, they REMOVED anything that made him good at laning (with the exception of Vorpal Spikes, which comes across as more of an inappropriate apology; like telling someone you're sorry you ran over their dog, but he was totally asking for it)

mal kurz ne frage bezüglich teamfights man---> man prallt aufeinander und versucht die carrys der gegner zu focusen muss dazu erstmal an den tanks vorbei die carrys rennen b die tanks können machen was sie wollen spielt man jetzt gegen cho und ww im generteam ( cho ap tank und ww offtank) sollte man weiter versuchen mit allen mittel die carrys zu bekommen oder soll man den focus auf die /den tank legen und wartn bis man die carrys wiederkommen und diese dann wieder focusen
