Jimmy Saville. He was an English tv and radio personality who used to present tv shows and do lots of work for charity. He raised more than two million pounds single handedly, back when that was even more money than it is today. Everyone loved him when he was alive but as soon as he died it turned out he'd spent a lifetime abusing little girls and having sex with the corpses of dead children. He also stole the glass eyes from dead people and had them made into jewellery. He was able to get away with it because he had friends high up in the police and parliament so that every time an allegation surfaced, his lawyers would be able to brush it under the carpet. That's the scary thing, they knew for over years and let it happen. Once he died it turned out that loads of celebrities and journalists had known, and they all did nothing to stop him. That's British society for you!
