ich hab das gefühl ich werd mich demnächst dem mundoclub anschließen :P

Zombie brand skin's got a separate walking animation for when he's "chasing" nearby enemies (he raises his arms in front of him like a zombie). This animation is also displayed when nearing enemy champions that aren't visible to the player, so it can warn you of enemies in brushes you're walking towards.

Other champions have ways of letting you know of nearby enemies as well, but in this case it's the skin that gives brand a significant advantage. On top of that, the animation of more noticeable to you and your team than things like the movespeed passive on Vayne or Soraka's starfall becoming usable.
