UPD: I bought it for 22ex. https://i.imgur.com/6fv3UkD.png This is flask im my inventory. And it gives you all stats! I will post screenshots and video after beachhead rotation.
UPD2: https://youtu.be/G7SutiCPJi8 Video. As you can see, it gives you stats all the time it is in your flask slot. But it mods doesn't scale with flask effectivness, cause im patfinder and it still gives 43% lightning resistance.

davon abgesehen frage ich mich eh, ob die stats auf der flask auf dauer einen flask slot wert wären. imho eher nicht.
