This project has been ongoing since the launch of Diablo 2: Resurrected. The runs were done in Softcore Non-Ladder (SCNL), Softcore Ladder 1 (SCL), Hardcore Ladder 1 (HCL1) and Hardcore Ladder 2 (HCL2).
All runs were done on a Whirlwind Barbarian.

If you want a full breakdown, see my Google Spreadsheet with all drops and calculations listed.

Rune results

Let's get right into it. Trav horking is done primarily for the high chance of getting rune drops.
You will notice that my Magic Find and Find Item chance varies depending on the season.
I count Vex and higher as a High Rune in this breakdown.

I found 34 High Runes in total, with Ohm being the most common.
Only 1 Jah. Zod can't drop from the Council, unless Travincal is the Terror Zone.

*The jsp and Ber column is just me having fun with the numbers.
I looked at all my rune drops, checked their value on d2jsp, and calculated how many Ber runes they would equate to if sold/bought on the site.
I do understand that the value of runes varies greatly across a season and depending on if you are playing HC or SC. The rune prices were taken today (Sep 6) for HCL.

My average Magic Find (AVG MF) is higher in HCL1 than anywhere else. This was the result of my switching from SC to HC mid-ladder. I started HCL1 with an inventory full of MF charms. During all other "seasons", I started with 0% MF and worked my way up.

My average Find Item chance (AVG FI) also varies. In SCNL, it's only 54%. This is because the skill Find Potion was introduced as a synergy to Find Item in patch 2.4, effectively increasing all hork drops by almost 40%. I present a relatively small sample size, but you can see that I did 379 runs per High Rune in SCNL (with 54% FI) and 250-288 runs per High Rune later on with a 70%+ Find Item chance.

Value in Ber and Runs/Ber is, again, just me having some fun with the numbers based on jsp prices.

Jewelry, charms and facets

I started taking more detailed notes on my drops in HCL1. Regrettably, I don't have statistics on this for all 10 000 runs, only the last 6000 runs (HCL1 + HCL2). Unique jewelry and facets are affected by MF. Magic charms have a fixed drop rate and are thus only affected by Find Item% chance.

HCL1, 4000 total runs, 395% MF, 74% FI:-I dropped 75 rings, averaging 1 ring every 53 runs.
- 1 Stone of Jordan
- 1 BK Rings
-I dropped 37 amulets, averaging 1 amulet every 108 runs.
- 2 Mara's Kaleidoscope
-I got 18 Gheeds, 15 Rainbow Facets and 31 Skillers in total.

HCL2, 2000 total runs, 280% MF, 70% FI:
-I dropped 75 rings, averaging 1 ring every 66,6 runs.
- 2 BK Rings
-I dropped 15 amulets, averaging 1 amulet every 133 runs.
- No Mara :(
-I got 9 Gheeds, 5 Rainbow Facets and 24 Skillers in total.
-I got 24 Sunder charms over 346 runs when Travincal was the Terror Zone.

Favorite drops

Let's be honest, we run Trav for the runes, charms, jewels, and gold to gamble. Uniques are a nice bonus that can help lift your spirit if you're on a long dry spell, though. However, with the addition to Terror Zones, I'm enjoying the magic finding aspect of Trav more, even if it only lasts for 60 minutes roughly every 40th hour...
Here are some of my favorite drops:

- A perfect set of Gore Rider. This may not seem like anything special, but that 200 ED on my best-in-slot slippers was a great find in one of my first few runs.

- Stone of Jordan. Goes without saying. It always feels awesome to pick up an SOj. A bit sad that I got 3 BK rings and 1 Wisp, which all have the same drop chance as SOJ in Trav. Oh well!

- A near perfect Ravem Frost at 20 dex, 249 AR. Sold for more than the SOJ did, I believe.

- Two TC87 items: The Grandfather and Crown of Ages. Could've been Griffon's, but I'm not complaining. Maybe next Terror Zone...

- Arachnid Mesh. This is also not a huge item, but the Spiderweb Sash is the only item in my end game build that can't actually drop from the Council in Travincal. Getting one in TZ was a great feeling. Felt like Trav had gone full circle. I'm finally a self-sustained Barb. That was a good feeling.

Missing drops

Like mentioned before, the lack of SoJs was a bit disturbing. One SOJ in 10000 runs is not great. But one item type that is completely missing from my list of GG items (in the Google spreadsheet) is jewels. I have not picked up a single more-than-decent jewel over my 10K runs, and I have IDd every single magic and rare jool that has dropped.
I have also picked up every magic javelin and Monarch that have dropped over the year, with no JMOD or 6/40s to show for it. Maybe in the next 10K runs I'll find one of them.

Thank you for the dedication to document all this and sharing it with us. Will never come close to being such a dedicated farmer, but it is great to have a personalized experience with what 10k runs bring as a potential.

I have about 3k travi runs past me since d2r launch with find item barb and got 5 runes higher than vex (no vex - but 2 sur, jah ,ber and ohm) . I did found a 39/15 and 40/15. Also found a lot of useful uniques, but no soj or mara.

Do only 30. But do them every day for a year. That's 11K. I started these runs a year ago with varying frequency.

Ah OK then, so amazingly to keep track of data over a year... Gg

I was thinking of adding this but figured it would require too much attention. At 105 FCR and 2x Grief, you kill and hork so fast it would be hard to keep track of.

But here's the math on drops anyway:

On P1, each council member has a nodrop% of 34,5% (19/(19+36)=0,345...)
1-0,345... = 0,654...
Each council member has 3 drops.
There are 11 council members, so a total of 33 drops.

Over 100 runs there are 100 x 33 x 0,654... = 2160 items

With a Find Item chance of 76% (my end game goal because it's the same as killing white mobs on P5) you have 76% chance to get 3 extra drops (it's always 3 when successful) from 11 council members.

Over 100 runs there are 100 x 11 x 3 x 0,76 = 2508 extra items.

Based on this, about 46% of my drops came from kills and 54% came from horking.
